Retailers use the FlexiDebit system to manage interest free purchase plans and to automatically withdraw periodic installments from your account.

This is done based on the terms and conditions outlined in the interest free agreement you signed at their store.

IMPORTANT:

Changes to your payment schedule are managed by, and must be approved by, the retailer from whom you made your purchase.

In the first instance, you should contact the store for more information. Some retailers also operate Interest Free Customer Service departments where experienced consultants are on stand-by to take your call and discuss your arrangements. Where applicable, the store where you made your original purchase will be able to provide you with the appropriate phone numbers.
